The experiences responsible for writing the beginning and possibly even the middle of our story do not have to dictate the rest of the chapters in our book. It’s our story and our choice. No longer trapped in shame, we have stepped out, and now we will step up - up to the mic. One at a time, we reclaim our power by using our voice.

I want to hear your story. Not because I enjoy hearing about the suffering of humankind, but because it is our stories that connect us. Some of my most healing moments have come when I bravely shared my truth with someone who genuinely wanted to hear it. Experiences like this not only brought me relief and validation but also brought connection and the reminder that I am not alone in my struggle.
